2012-2013 Jets Coach Application
To apply for a coaching position with the Unionville Jets, a select level development hockey program offered by the Unionville Minor Hockey Association, please complete the Jets Coach Application. The application deadline is February 28th for the Jets Tyke A select team and April 30th for all other Jets teams. The select season starts in September.
Your completed application should be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to
Unionville Minor Hockey AssociationAttention: Select Director
and delivered to the office of the Unionville Minor Hockey Association located in Crosby Memorial Community Centre.

Certification Requirements for Jets Coaches
All Unionville Jets coaches and trainers must meet the certification requirements of the Ontario Minor Hockey Association. Details of these requirements are available on the OMHA website.
